How is our program affected by the coronavirus situation?
First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and stable in these turbulent times.
Until further notice, the program will be offered online through a real-time, video learning environment.
We made modifications to the program ensuring that each module was adapted for a collaborative, online learning experience. The adaptations have been well-received by our students and instructors, so we plan to continue to build on lessons learned and iterate for a third successful, online-only semester in the fall.
We also understand that many people are feeling extra pressure to adapt their role at work or shift their career focus due to the circumstances, so we feel it is important that we make every effort to provide this valuable learning and networking opportunity.
To be clear, this is going to very closely resemble our existing program:
- Human connection in real-time is an essential ingredient to this program and will not be sacrificed;
- All classes will be live, at their originally scheduled times;
- Students will be required to have video activated during the session to allow for a more personal connection and experience;
- Classes will remain the same size, to ensure an intimate environment;
- Breakout sessions in small teams will be facilitated to allow you to learn from each other and work collaboratively;
- We are adding a dedicated moderator role to help support in-class discussion and working sessions.
As more companies shift to remote worker models to broaden their talent pool, this is an excellent opportunity to get first-hand experience working in remote teams and collaborating with others in a way that you will likely experience professionally in the near future.
